Walk In The Park -Norwalk

WALK IN THE PARK

Date: June 6th, 2020, 11 am 

Come on out and join us for a walk in the park.  It is worth the drive in order to spend a few hours with other Welsh Terriers and their humans at a fun Glyndwr event. 

The walk will take place at Taylor Farm Park in East Norwalk, CT.  Afterwards, we will have lunch and enjoy each other’s company. There are picnic tables there that we can use for our gathering. 
Also, the walk is taking place in the same park as the Greenwich Kennel Club AKC Match so we can check out the events going on.  If you would like your dog to participate in any of the events, please do so and we will be there to cheer you on.  This is a match not a regular dog show.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN TESTING:
If you have been practicing with your dog and feel he/she is ready for the CGC testing, GWTC plans to have a certified AKC trainer/tester to certify your dog.
The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club.
